Screen printing

Screen printing is one of the most popular techniques for putting your logo on various types of clothing. It is highly appreciated as it is almost imperceptible on the fabric, which thus retains vibrant and bright colours. It is also one of the most cost-effective printing techniques, especially for large quantities.

Pros:

• It offers the best price/quality ratio on large print runs
• Imperceptible to the touch
• It keeps colours vibrant

Cons:

• Not suitable for high temperature washing and therefore not recommended for white garments such as chef jackets or doctor coats.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a more prestigious customisation technique suitable for garments that are not too light in weight such as polo shirts, sweatshirts, jackets or soft-shells.

Among the customisation techniques, it is certainly the one that lasts the longest and is not damaged by washing.

Logos, wording, and names can be embroidered using coloured fabric threads that have been treated to resist washing and not to bleed on the garments.

Embroidery can be carried out on both single items and large runs. They can be made in different sizes, but not too small.

The first time an embroidered logo is made, a system for the embroidery machine has to be created at a fixed one-off cost.

Transfer is a more basic customisation technique that is generally used for limited runs, prototypes, one-offs or logos with nuances and many details. It can be used on almost all garments that do not need to undergo washing cycles at high temperatures. The printing is done by a plotter on a film and then applied hot with a press. Transfers are possible, preferably for solid logos.

Pros:

• Reduced production costs for short-run orders
• Colour shades can be replicated

Cons:

• Not suitable for lettering
• Not suitable for high temperature washing

If you have placed an order on our website and the items you ordered are not to your liking, you can return the items.
